Dumpster Rental Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SEEK 1ST Dumpsters. Whether you're booking online, by phone, or via text, we are committed to making your dumpster rental experience clear, compliant, and efficient. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Period

The rental term begins upon delivery of the dumpster and concludes on the agreed-upon pickup date. Extensions are typically available upon request and subject to availability. Additional daily fees may apply for extended use.

2. Delivery and Pickup

We strive to place your dumpster in the most convenient location, based on your instructions. However, we are not liable for property damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete placement directions.
Customers must ensure the area is accessible for both delivery and removal. If access is restricted, or the dumpster is overfilled or improperly loaded, additional service fees may be assessed.

3. Scheduling and Site Access

Customers must notify us when the dumpster is ready for removal. Driveways and access paths should remain unobstructed. If a return trip is required due to access issues, a rescheduling or dry-run fee may apply.

4. Usage Guidelines

Dumpsters must remain in their original placement unless relocated by us.
Customers should not overfill the dumpster; debris must not exceed the rim. Overloaded containers may result in additional fees or service delays.

5. Safety and Load Regulations

For transportation safety, dumpsters should only be filled to the rim, with materials properly contained.
Overloading may incur daily rental charges and additional fees until the load is compliant for safe transport.

6. Weight Limits

Each dumpster includes a designated weight allowance:

10-yard dumpster: [1 ton included]

20-yard dumpster: [2 tons included]

30-yard dumpster: [2.5 tons included]

Exceeding the weight limit will result in overage charges per ton. Specifics will be confirmed at the time of booking.

7. Acceptable and Prohibited Materials

You may dispose of general waste, construction debris, and yard materials. The following items are prohibited unless explicitly authorized:

Hazardous waste (e.g., chemicals, asbestos, medical waste)

Flammable items (e.g., paint, gasoline, propane)

Electronics (e.g., televisions, batteries)

Tires and major appliances (unless pre-approved)

Concrete, soil, or brick (unless authorized)

Inclusion of prohibited materials may result in additional handling or disposal fees.

8. Fees and Payments

By providing payment information, you authorize charges for the rental, delivery, and any applicable fees. These may include:

Overage charges (weight or volume)

Inaccessible pickup or drop-off attempts

Prohibited materials

Overfilling

All charges will be clearly itemized and communicated.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations may incur a fee depending on timing. Prepaid amounts may be refunded or applied to future rentals upon request. All refunds are subject to Company discretion.

10. Permits and Permissions

Customers are responsible for securing all necessary permits or HOA permissions prior to delivery. If a permit is required for placement on public property (e.g., a street), proof must be provided prior to drop-off.

11. Property Conditions and Damage

While we exercise care during placement and pickup, we are not liable for surface damage (e.g., driveways, lawns, sidewalks) requested by the Customer.
Customers are responsible for damage to the dumpster beyond normal wear and tear. If the unit is vandalized, stolen, or destroyed, the Customer may be liable for replacement or repair costs.

12. Theft, Fire, or Vandalism

Customers should take reasonable measures to secure the dumpster. In the event of theft, fire, or vandalism, the Customer must report the incident and cooperate in addressing losses, including cost recovery or insurance claims if applicable.

13. Application of Terms

These terms apply to all rental agreements regardless of pricing, method of order, or location. Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of our services indicates your agreement to any revisions.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, including any applicable local regulations.
