To ensure compliance with local regulations and to promote safe and efficient waste disposal practices, please familiarize yourself with the list of permitted and prohibited items for your rental dumpster.
Our disposal guidelines are designed to support legal and environmentally responsible waste management.

For safety and environmental compliance, the following items are not allowed in our dumpsters:
Hazardous Waste
Paints (oil-based), paint thinners, and solvents
Pesticides and herbicides
Automotive fluids (motor oil, antifreeze, brake fluid)
Cleaning chemicals and bleach
Asbestos-containing materials
Car batteries, lithium-ion batteries (can cause fires)
Tires
Appliances with Freon
Medical Waste
Syringes, sharps
Infectious or biohazardous materials
Flammable or Explosive Materials
Propane tanks,
Car batteries, lithium-ion batteries (can cause fires)
Soil containing hazardous chemicals or oils
Railroad ties (contain creosote)
Etc.
✅ Accepted Materials
We accept most non-hazardous materials commonly generated during residential, commercial, or construction projects.

Drywall and plaster
Wood and lumber
Flooring (tile, vinyl, laminate)
Roofing shingles
Siding
Cabinets and fixtures
🏠 Household Items
Furniture (tables, chairs, couches, etc.)
Non-refrigerated appliances
General household debris
Carpet and padding
Doors and window frames
🌿 Yard & Landscaping Debris
Tree branches, limbs, and shrubs
Grass clippings and leaves
Garden waste
Soil-free plants
Small quantities of dirt or sod (check weight limits)
Note: All materials must be non-hazardous, fit safely within the container, and not exceed the rim of the dumpster.
⚠️ Special Items – Approval Required
May require separate containers or special handling. Some items may be accepted only under specific conditions or may incur additional charges. Please contact us before placing any of the following in your dumpster rental:
Mattresses and box springs
Refrigerated appliances (e.g., fridges, freezers, AC units)
Tires
Batteries
Large electronics or TVs
Paint cans (even if empty)
Propane tanks
Auto parts or engines
Large volumes of dirt, concrete, or asphalt

🧱 Loading Tip for Your Dumpster Rental
To ensure safe transport and avoid additional fees:
Distribute weight evenly across the dumpster.
Do not overfill—materials must not exceed the top rim.
Break down large items (e.g., furniture, boxes) to save space.
Place heavier items on the bottom and lighter ones on top.
Avoid blocking access to the loading door.
Following these guidelines helps ensure safe pickup, transport, and disposal of your waste.
